About Paulette's Princess Parties
Founded by professional ballerina and Broadway performer Paulette Thomas, Paulette’s Princess Parties has been creating magical, memory-filled moments across Ohio since 2014. What started as a simple dance party blossomed into a full-fledged production company that now serves thousands of families, cities, schools, and organizations every year, offering everything from private character visits to large-scale theatrical events.
At the heart of it all is Paulette: a performer, teacher, designer, and a passion for children, storytelling, and sparkle shines through every costume, cast member, and show.
Meet The Owner & Artistic Director
Originally from Pittsburgh, Paulette trained and toured as a professional ballerina with Boston Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet, and BalletMet Columbus before moving into musical theater and eventually launching her own business. Her rich performance background is the foundation for everything she does, bringing real professionalism and artistry to the world of children’s entertainment.
In addition to running her business, Paulette continues to teach dance and theater across Central Ohio and regularly choreographs for local school productions. Her commitment to kids extends far beyond parties—she’s passionate about building confidence, inspiring creativity, and creating inclusive experiences that meet children exactly where they are.
Oh, and did we mention she sews many of the costumes herself? Her one-of-a-kind gowns have become a signature of the brand, adding that extra layer of magic that sets her company apart.

Assistant Artistic Director
Dominic
5+ years of experience with our crew and an absolute rock star of a performer! He is currently in his third year at Otterbein University pursuing Musical Theater and Dance. You'll find Dominic bringing the superhero and royalty magic to any event or party he attends.

Rosemary
A lifelong career seamstress, Rosemary makes sure all of our costumes are perfectly tailored to our performers. Her favorite garment? Gowns and dresses! We have enough princesses to keep her busy and are adding new characters all the time to our fantastic lineup!

Lorelei
One of our most magical and experienced princesses, Lorelei brings 5+ years of experience with our production. She is in her third year at OSU studying to teach English to speakers of other languages. She brings the energy, fun and inclusivity to every party and event!

Morgan
Originally from Hilliard, Ohio, Morgan brings a little extra magic to every transformation! With experience as a Disney cast member, a wig stylist, and a team leader at Paulette’s Princess Parties, Morgan loves helping every princess feel like royalty. Morgan also works at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, making fairytale dreams come true one magical makeover at a time!

Marisol Cerdá Noel is a bilingual Spanish-English Speech-Language Pathologist with eight years of experience helping children find their voices and build communication skills. With degrees from Miami University and the University of Cincinnati, along with her Certificate of Clinical Competence through ASHA and active licenses in Ohio and California, Marisol brings expertise, compassion, and a love for helping every child shine!
